After much research for our recently purchased furniture items for our new Sydney office, I was lucky enough to discover Fast Office Furniture. Initially I was looking only at local Sydney providers but was disappointed with the delivery charge, delivery time and cost of items. It was a pleasant surprise to discover a QLD company that delivered quickly and at a minimal charge. In addition I was advised that my chosen item was currently out of stock once my order was made but was offered an alternative (superior) product in its place. The goods were delivered on time and are excellent quality.

Firstly congratulations on offering such a great service, I have been very impressed from the moment that I found your website through to the delivery and installation of our office furniture. I am the owner of two serviced apartment businesses and hold customer service as our highest priority and it is something that we are always focused on, I guess you could say it is the culture within our businesses to exceed expectations every time.
I had contacted an alternate Office Furniture Supplier online that prominently promotes free delivery yet when I went to process the order I was going to be charged an exceptionally high freight charge, when I called the company they were uninterested and basically said that is what it is, I advised that I would be ordering from another supplier, they didn’t care. Such a shame that company did not ask for my feedback. Thus, unimpressed and frustrated I found your website and it was the absolute opposite of what I had just experienced, there were no false promises instead a very friendly person on the other end of the phone when prompted to phone for a freight quote. I emailed the order as requested and was very impressed by the quick turn around with the quote and to be offered the two options of delivery and also delivery and installation was very professional in my opinion, you are certainly exceeding expectations whilst making it easy for customers. I was advised that delivery would be Wednesday and that the driver would make contact prior to delivery, which both occurred.
Thank you for offering such a great service, I believe in tough economic times it is great customer service that will set a business out to succeed.
